I believe that most transition coaches, retirement planners, and counselors get it wrong and let post-career professional women down for one of three reasons.
- Their service models “analyze to fix” as if something is broken.
- They prioritize “finding a new passion” as the solution, as if finding “something to do” is the answer.
- The financial impact of retirement is the singular focus for retirement planning, leaving everything else to to “fall into place”.
